Walnuts is the top secret for a healthy hearts

Walnuts are top of the tree when it comes to heart-healthy nutty superfoods, research has shown.
The Christmas favourites are packed with more potent and abundant antioxidants than any other popular nut, as well as healthy fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals.
Tree and ground nuts are generally said to be among nature's most perfect ready-made foods.
As well as having all the nutritious elements necessary for a healthy diet, they also contain high levels of protective antioxidants which counter the effects of harmful molecules.
Research suggests regular consumption of nuts can reduce the risk of heart disease, certain cancers, and type-2 diabetes. But until now it has not been clear which nut is number one in terms of health giving properties.

People think milk is the main source of calcium. It is true. But it is not effective without Magnesium. Milk dose not have it, but dark green leaves dose. So, why do you still drink cow enzymes to improve your health.

Drink Healthy Water

Most of us who is living in modern city will not have access to natural water. One and only source of getting water is a tap. Tap water can contain chemicals (Chlorine, Fluoride) which has been used to purify the water. In addition, it will add more stuff (copper, lead, and other metal contaminants) to it as it travel true the pipe lines. It might not sounds scary but in long it can have bad impact on your health.

Drinking pure water is one of the challenging task in my list. According to many research done, bottle water is no better than the tap water. Boiling water will kill or inactivate most bacteria, viruses and pathogens, some are resistant and can survive. Also it is not a good solution to remove all the chemicals in water. Best solutions are to have a good water filter and boil water.It is not a easy task to select a good water filter under your budget. There are many types of water filters to choose from.

Carbon water filters - One of the oldest method of purify water. It is a inexpensive, easy and common method and it will get rid lead, disinfection byproducts, heavy metals, pesticides, parasites, radon, and volatile organic compounds from your drinking water.There are many types of filters that can be used. For example Water Distillers, Ceramic Water Filters and Reverse osmosis. I prefer the carbon water filter as it will do the job. However, base on the what contain in water in your area you might have to use special solutions.

End of the day most important factor is to get clean water.

Dr. Oz Turns Meat-Eating Cowboy Vegan is a example that shows how a vegan meal can improve your health. Meat eating cowboy who had health issues, stopped processed food completely. Amazingly withing 28 days it reduced the weight, cholesterol and sugar level considerably towards the healthier side. Lets watch it.

Secret to a healthy life

You deserve to enjoy the joy of a healthy life. It is not a secret or something limited to a chosen group of people. It is just a matter of clearing your path and uncover the treasure of health. Lets uncover the secret before its too late.

Putting a fulls stop to the processed food is the key to a healthy sustainable life. The minute I realise that, I stopped it. Yes completely stopped it and only having natural food.

When I start I had couple of questions where I needed clear answers to figure out what I can eat and what I can’t. Dr John Green (Vegan Doctor) helped me lot giving me the correct information.

What are Processed food?

“Food processing is the set of methods and techniques used to transform raw ingredients into food or to transform food into other forms for consumption by humans or animals either in the home or by the food processing industry.” - Wikipedia  -

Output of any food processing method is called processed food. In another words If it's boxed, bagged, canned or jarred and has a list of ingredients on the label, it's processed. These are the type of processed food we will pay bit more attentions.

Are all the processed food bad for your health?

Not all the processed food is bad for your health. Cooked food, Blended food, Sun dried food or any other naturally processed food are not harmful. However, some food processing methods such as boiling, cooking, sun drying may destroy some essential nutrients. Therefore, it is important to add some raw food to your menu as well.

Then what are the bad processed food?

99.9% of the canned, tinned, boxed, bottled or packed products you find in super market are bad processed food. That is not a good answer. Here is the guide line that will help you to differentiate unhealthy processed food from healthy.

If product ingredients include added salt, sugar, fat or any artificial colouring, sweetener or any artificial ingredient that sounds chemistry, it is a bad for your health.

Always check for the ingredients. Nutritional Information is not really important as it will never tell you how bad the food product is. This is a big mistake most of us will do.

Now you know how to identify healthy food from bad processed food. Remove all the bad processed food from your life. If I did it in one day you can do it.

Are you a worst vegetarian too?

The word “Vegetarian” sounds healthy, but it is not. I have been a vegetarian for more than twelve years. Of course not a strict vegetarian or vegan. My normal diet included lots of diary products (milk, cheese, butter, gee), Soy products, White rice, Bread, Oil, Soft Drinks and Fast food. No doubt, they taste good, looks good and instant. Is your vegetarian diet sounds similar? It is time to change.

Vegetarian diet dose not contain enough protein and nutrition that human body required. Common mistake that most of the vegitarians do. I did the same mistake. Result is you tend to eat more and more soy products and diary products, which dose not help your health at all. Eventually, it make more damage than you think.

Who is the real enemy? Is it Meat products, diary products, soy products or vegetarian products? Modern process food is the real enemy. Processed food makes your life easy. Ideal for your busy life but not for your health. You do not have to prepare it or cook it. Microwave, baking or fry the precook food will complete your cooking within minutes. More than anything they taste good.

Low fat, Non fat, 99% Fat Free, High Calcium, High Protean, High in Fiber, Sugar free are some of misleading terms use for marketing. Unfortunately they forget or do not have enough space to mention in big letters that what it is lacking or what are the other artificial ingredients used to make them taste good and last longer.

It is easy to become the worst vegetarian. Question is that how to become a good vegetarian? I would like to share my experience becoming a healthy vegetarian which will take you to a healthy life that you dreamt about.

If you really want to have a healthy life avoid modern processed food. Before they make more damage to your life.
